Earlier this year, we introduced myUSCIS, a new way for anyone to get answers to immigration questions and find immigration options. In designing this service, we asked you how you want to interact with us, and what kinds of tools would be most effective. myUSCIS is a direct result of the feedback we received.
All of the information is free. So are all USCIS forms. There is no need to pay anyone to get a USCIS form or get general immigration information that is available online. Visit uscis.gov/avoidscams to learn how to recognize and avoid immigration scams and find authorized legal service providers if you need additional help.
Our goal is to provide a convenient source for trusted information that you can get anytime, anywhere and on any device.
We are rolling out myUSCIS in phases. In the first phase, the resources include:
We welcome your feedback. Help us to build myUSCIS and continue to enhance the customer experience. We invite you to participate in online discussions via the USCIS Idea Community. You can also email your comments and suggestions to myuscis.support@uscis.dhs.gov. Please know that we cannot accept questions about individual immigration cases at this address. For questions about specific cases, go to Case Status Online.
